1. What we collect

When you use bhaithak.com we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and password when you register; billing details when you book a ticket; and whatever you write to us through the Book Us, Join Us, Contact or review forms (including uploaded resumes). We also automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

Your details are used to create and secure your account (including email and SMS OTP verification), process ticket bookings and payments, send booking confirmations, tickets, event reminders and service messages, respond to your inquiries and applications, and — only if you subscribe — send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Payments

Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by PayU India. Your full payment credentials are entered on PayU's secure pages and never stored on our servers; we retain only the transaction reference, amount and status needed to service your booking.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who make the platform work: PayU (payments), our SMS gateway (OTPs and event alerts), our email provider (OTPs and confirmations) and our hosting provider. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and an optional "remember me" cookie if you choose it. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Security & retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, OTPs expire within minutes and all forms are protected against cross-site request forgery. We keep booking and payment records as required for accounting and tax law, and account data for as long as your account is active.

7. Your rights

You can update your profile from your dashboard at any time. To access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw newsletter consent, write to support@bhaithak.com — we respond within 7 working days.
