Last updated: 8 September 2026 · These terms govern your use of bhaithak.com and attendance at Baithak events, operated by OneMind Solutions Private Limited.

1. The platform

Baithak organises community gatherings — mehfils, jam circles, open mics, poetry evenings and similar events — and sells tickets to them through this website. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and verify both your email and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Attendees under 18 may attend only with a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Tickets & entry

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, at which point a QR ticket is issued in your dashboard. Entry requires that QR code and may require photo ID. Tickets are non-transferable unless we approve a transfer in writing. Seats are limited and allotted first-come, first-served.

4. Conduct

Baithaks are intimate, respectful spaces. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove, without refund, anyone who harasses others, arrives intoxicated, records performers without consent where prohibited, or disrupts the gathering. Be kind — it's the whole point.

5. Content

Performances remain the intellectual property of their performers. Reviews and other content you post must be yours and lawful; by posting you grant us a licence to display them on the platform. Photography or recordings made at events may be used by Baithak for community and promotional purposes; tell us at the venue if you prefer not to appear.

6. Payments & pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and processed via PayU. Coupon codes have their stated limits and expiry. Our refund and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Changes to events

Line-ups, venues and timings may change for reasons beyond our control. If an event is rescheduled your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund. If an event is cancelled, you receive a full refund.

8. Liability

You attend events at your own responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
