Refund Policy

1. If you cancel
Refunds depend on how far before the event start time you cancel:

| More than 72 hours before the event | 100% of ticket price |
| 24 to 72 hours before the event | 50% of ticket price |
| Less than 24 hours / no-show | No refund |
To cancel, email support@bhaithak.com or WhatsApp +91 77370 88407 from your registered contact with your booking reference (BTK-XXXXXX).
2. If we cancel or reschedule
If Baithak cancels an event you automatically receive a 100% refund — no request needed. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket carries over to the new date, or you may ask for a full refund up to 24 hours before the new date.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but no ticket was issued, the amount is auto-reversed by PayU/your bank, typically within 5–7 working days. Duplicate charges for the same booking are refunded in full once verified.
4. How refunds are paid
All refunds go back to the original payment method via PayU and normally reflect within 5–7 working days of approval (bank timelines may vary). Coupon discounts are non-refundable in cash; only the amount actually paid is returned.
